The Advanced Mixology Institute was founded by local Detroit native, Cheryl Williams, on the east side of Detroit. Since inception, our mission has been to teach the value of great customer service and motivate each student to reach their highest level of confidence within the hospitality industry. We educate and provide knowledge on how to prepare trendy and traditional mixed drinks in a professional timely manner and to how to demonstrate a safe serve alcohol practice behind a real bar environment.
